Google Bad Review: I had reached out to Plumr for a quote and organised for an estimator to visit on a Monday 9-10. I was told by email around 10 that the estimator was not available for a reason unbeknown to me which was frustrating (a sorry would have been nice) but so be it, sometimes there are problems and I then rescheduled for the Friday morning. However, come Friday, no-one turned up and no-one made any contact with me. I emailed at the end of the day to ask if there were any problems which has been ignored for a week. Total waste of time!
