Google Bad Review 1:  I spent one hour of my time explaining how delicate and valuable my tablecloths where (bought in Italy from a luxury shop).
The result was that they used bleach and completely ruined the color even if during the meeting they reassured me they would not!
I asked for a refund but they said if I wanted the money back they would keep the clothes (worth hounded pounds more than the refund suggested).
I thought this was very unprofessional and ended up loosing my money and the value of my clothes. Horrible experience
