Google Bad Review 1: Would never order from here even if I was desperate. Poor service, poor cupboards, very rude and went 2 months over the date they gave to completion. We had to get another company in to finish the wardrobes in our house as they refused to finish them and quality was very poor!

Google Bad Review (2): I contacted Capital bedrooms after reading their good reviews. However, I have found the company to be unethical and unprofessional, After a design visit, I was give the design sketch and a quote for the same, I had a few questions on colour and adding a rail, but the designer disappeared. Upon calling the company and discussing this, I decided to place the order on the confirmed written quote given to me. Only to be informed that the quote does not hold! They have decided to suddenly double the price for the exact same design!!! For no good reason. Upon asking the reason, they have disappeared. I'll be wary of dealing with such a business whose confirmed written quotes don't hold, and who are in the habit of doubling their prices from what was originally quoted. So, you maybe left in a lurch as they may very well decide to do so in the middle of work!
Suggest going to established ethical business like Hammonds or Sharps whose quotes and warranties hold, and anyway are more competitively priced than this company.
