Google Bad Review:  Absolutely HORRIBLE – I never write any reviews for anything but this company is a SCAM.

I wold give minus 5 starts if I could.

Their business model is to intentionally not find your problem so they can keep charging you for visits.

We had numerous engineers come over and do nothing except to inspect whatever was already inspected a million times by their colleagues of the same company, complaining they wouldn't stay to solve our problem because they wouldn't pay for extra time on the parking meter.

And not only that, once we finally got a contractor from another company to find out what was wrong (which was a valve on the pipes, and nothing to do with the boiler) we discover that one of your engineers who changed the part that we didn't need, carried out the procedure so poorly that now we have a boiler with a gas leak – which we didn't have before.

We spent 2 weeks without heat and hot water and all because those guys were telling us they would find our problem.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

We spent 2 weeks without heat and hot water and all because those guys were telling us they would find our problem.

Google Bad Review:  Absolutely HORRIBLE – I never write any reviews for anything but this company is a SCAM.

I wold give minus 5 starts if I could.

Their business model is to intentionally not find your problem so they can keep charging you for visits.

We had numerous engineers come over and do nothing except to inspect whatever was already inspected a million times by their colleagues of the same company, complaining they wouldn't stay to solve our problem because they wouldn't pay for extra time on the parking meter.

And not only that, once we finally got a contractor from another company to find out what was wrong (which was a valve on the pipes, and nothing to do with the boiler) we discover that one of your engineers who changed the part that we didn't need, carried out the procedure so poorly that now we have a boiler with a gas leak – which we didn't have before.

We spent 2 weeks without heat and hot water and all because those guys were telling us they would find our problem.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Honestly the customer service and the energy I got from her was as if she was looking down at me. But maybe she paid them to do the review because her customer service towards infamous people is very bad! Do not recommend them I certainly won’t be paying their extortionate prices for a service I can find else where.
