Google Bad Review:  Shocking service from a what was supposed to be a highly reputable private healthcare provider. Receptionist not very well informed or knowledgeable about services offered. She kept consulting the nurse or doctor nearest to her but clearly somethings were lost in translation.

I requested an INR test for someone. She told me it's possible and you get the result there and then. I paid the fee of £38. The test was done the next morning and then I saw an additional charge on my card for phlebotomy for £30 which I was not informed about. Strike one. Was told the result would come in 24 hours rather than there and then. Strike two. 24 hours later instead of providing the report they tell us the blood sample wasn't done properly so the patient needs to get it done again. Strike three. We went back to get it done and were told 24 hours from there. Still no result. Never again.
