Google Bad Review:  Ordered an Item online for collection and was waiting for confirmation via email or the phone to confirm ready for collection as per previous experience. None received.
Store manager (name starts with M) confirmed that I can still have the item however the discounts that were applied earlier cannot be used anymore.
He could have let me collect at the price that initially quoted however; he chose to be a hero in front of his staff and let a customer walk away for £3.00
Tried to explain to him however; he insisted on speaking over me and would not offer the courtesy for me to finish speaking.

Poor experience –

My work colleagues and me agree that its not fair and will not be using Euro Car Parts anymore.

Eurocarparts lost a lifetime sale from atleast 6 families and more if ever asked about suggestions for auto related purchases.
