Google Bad Review 1:  I struggle to give a rating but if I had to it would be half a star. On Friday 29th September I had an appointment for 10.30am. I arrive at the surgery and as per usual the reception area was pretty chaotic, dirty, dingy and unwelcoming. I am then told by the reception staff that I am 12 minutes late because my appointment was for 10.20!! Clearly lack in communication and it wasn't that the surgery was packed with patients waiting to see this arrogant doctor who appeared more concerned and preoccupied about the fact that I arrived late. Absolutely no duty of care from him. Really really disappointing. I shall put in a formal complaint and then look to change my doctor.

Google Bad Review (2):  Dr don’t see in person I can understand but when they ask to to do telephone conversation she just rang once it’s not right at all!!! If some reason if you miss the call they don’t call you back nor they give you appointment on same day!!! Very bad reception service she been so mean in the phone!!!
