Google Bad Review: So today I was at the Harrow store in St George's
Centre with my mum and received extremely poor
service!! I'm heavily pregnant and needed some
help with purchasing items from the pharmacy – at
around 2:20pm.
The customer service advisor literally rushed from
the till point even though making eye contact and
went behind the prescription counter. This is when
we went and stood patiently behind the
prescription counter where another lady was serving a customer (Asian with a black jacket on and dark red/mahogany colour hair) she advised us to wait 2 mins whilst she discussed something with her colleague (the same colleague which rushed off the other till). I smiled and I thought ok no problems both colleagues were talking – they seemed to be ignoring the fact that we were still waiting and continued their conversation I was about to walk across to them however- a male customer rudely barged in front of me and got the attention of these two colleagues – the lady with the black jacket rushed over to his service not even blinking an eye in my direction the other colleague saw me still standing there but didn’t even bother addressing us and by this point I'd had enough and my mum and I walked away. This is the first time I’ve had a really bad experience usually it’s nice and pleasant here.
