Google Bad Review: This is the second time I have been served by your unprofessional agent called Akta. She never asks you for an email reciept, you can see that all she wants is going home and does not care and just drops your orders in front of you like she would make a favor to you by delivering it. Yesterday I had to ask for my reciept and I got an arrogant face instead of customer service. Same thing happened a few months ago with her when I bought a smartphone she did not want to give a reciept and said it is not possible to give. When I said I do not move she charged me twice for the product and took a long phonecall to finally get it sorted by the call center. I already complained but looks like things has not changed.
Go to other Argos if you want a good service and avoid Akta.
