Google Bad Review 1: Not responding to my multiple requests for photos they promised they were taking throughout for us to submit to the insurance company. Also ignoring my request for a detailed breakdown of the astronomical bill. Neither of these should be much to ask after forking out £11,400. I am strongly starting suspect they have totally ripped me off.

Google Bad Review (2): I am shocked that I have just been told by a member of my staff that this company had taken towels and pillows from one of our dressed properties that was about to host guests. Turns out the gentleman was not happy we did not accept his £820 quote to replace a macerator! Management offered no compensation only told us to call the police… Gentleman turned up back at the property shouting abuse at my rep. The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. FEMALES/VULNERABLE PEOPLE BEWARE
