Google Good Review: We have registered to Eastmead Surgery for more than fifteen years. We're happy with the services in general. The Reception Staffs are excellent, always try to help. The Doctors are good, working in the professional manners. We speak English as the second language but never have problems to communicate with Surgery Staffs. They're all working hard and always willing to help.

Google Bad Review: Imagine asking the receptionist to print off a healthy start form as no printer at home and no access to a printer due to everything being closed because if Covid… this is for my baby…. only to be told that the receptionist doesn't know how to print a form from the computer. Ridiculous
Honestly, worst GP surgery ever.
I then call another local GP surgery… that I am not registered with.. and they tell me they will print the form straight away and I can collect it.
Dr Oesterling is the ONLY good thing about the surgery.

I did wait and the receptionist and colleague, were saying they cannot do it, she told me she didn't know how to print it… even though I told her all she had to do was Google healthy start application and press print… her response was she doesn't know how to print. I was infact at the surgery and Happy to wait or come back at a later date when not so busy.. but was told outright… no she doesn't know how to print.
I understand all GP surgeries are extremely busy… but not good enough. Amazing I called GoodCare practice as a non patient and they happily printed the form with no problems and no issues!!! Says alot about how helpful the staff are at Eastmed.
I will be looking to move my family away from this practice ASAP.
Nothing but problems and excuses.
