Google Bad Review 1:  Poor quality floor, would not help resolve any issues. Purchased the Darkened Vintage Oak, the stain rubs off with a wet cloth, scratches easily and is unsuitable for a floor. Woodfloors4u declined to help instead tried to fob us off referring us to the manufacturer. I also posted a poor review of the floor which they did not publish on their site, so I would not believe their reviews since they are not impartial. Not a good experience and we are now paying £11,000 to replace the poor quality floor.

We purchased 300 sqm from this company in Nov 2021. We have had a number of issues with the product. None of which have been resolved or followed up despite regular contact/chasing from ourselves.

We have had to hire a different company at a significant cost to correct the faults.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your floor!
