Google Bad Review (2):  Someone form my family was waiting a long time for an appointment. Because of COViD-19 it was moved to another 4 months later.
Did confirmed a week before the appointment that it will take a place and been instructed to attend. Took day off at work and once attended to the clinic, receptionist said it will be telephone consultation – no one ever called since. Once contacted with department next day, the receptionist said he have to contact GP to refer himself again. Very, very disappointing causing stress and problems.

Google Bad Review 1:  I was reffered by ENT as well as neurologist to a Neurosurgery in Queens. I have recently received letter stating that I've missed my appointment even though I haven't received the initial appointment letter. The neurosurgery secretary was very unhelpful, said I'm calling her private mobile (how would I potentially know it if I dial hospital number) and she cannot provide with any information. I was trying to explain that I haven't received the appointment letter. She said: we don't know that, do we? Got to be reffered again. Only God knows how long I've been waiting for this appointment. Such a shame. Seems like pandemic backlog also affects their logistics even though they try blame it on us, patients.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Someone form my family was waiting a long time for an appointment. Because of COViD-19 it was moved to another 4 months later.
Did confirmed a week before the appointment that it will take a place and been instructed to attend. Took day off at work and once attended to the clinic, receptionist said it will be telephone consultation – no one ever called since. Once contacted with department next day, the receptionist said he have to contact GP to refer himself again. Very, very disappointing causing stress and problems.
