Google Bad Review (2):  We went for the swimming pool and we were very disappointed. The pool was utterly disgusting and it had clearly not been cleaned before hand. There were also dead flies in there. There was no AC in the pool so it was extremely hot and the pool itself was reletively small.
On the other hand, the changing rooms were very dirty, the lockers didn't close properly so someone could have easily stolen our belongings. The showers were rusty and the floor was atrocious. Let alone the very expensive membership prices. If you are looking for a gym local it's not bad but for anything else it's not worth it. We spoke to the manager and luckily he had given us compensation to swim at a local pool.

Google Bad Review (2):  Had a terrible experience booking a court hire over the phone. Worst customer service ever. I tried to explain that I couldn't register as a new customer as their system returned with an error message. The girl over the phone said I need to register in person in order to book a court. I told her you need to get someone to take a look at this system error and she replied it'll take longer to get someone to fix and look at than registering in person at the centre.

We were going in circles and this was just pathetic. Surely you can have alternative ways for your customers to book a court. You will lose so many future customers at the rate you are going.
