Google Bad Review 1:  Don't be fooled by the online calculator for gold prices, when you attend personally to sell gold they make up excuses. Thanks for your response. The first chap I dealt with in your shop checked each piece with the analyser and confirmed 22ct, in accordance with yesterday's price he said £4150 (or so), I agreed to proceed with the sale (even though your website calculated the gold at £4173 just before I walked into your shop) but he then called another chap in your shop to further the sale/purchase. The second guy then used the analyser but then claimed it wasn't 22ct for the reasons you set out below. I then visited 3 other shops in Hatton Garden, all three confirmed they were 22ct and two of the shops made an offer, one of which was £4053 which I accepted. In the end, I got close to my expected price so no loss for me. Also, I did note that your analyser was the only one with a plastic cover over the sensor, none of the other shops had a plastic cover over the sensor. Thanks
