Google Bad Review 1:  They appeared professional but were appalling, damaging our antiques and pictures. They would not stay past 4:30pm when our access was delayed to 4:45pm, we were left with the clothes we stood in for nearly a week. We were then charged nearly £2000 to get our possessions back. I would not recommend them.

Google Bad Review (2):  It just started wrong and I think the worst was yet to come and ended up that I was right .the shipping was delayed by 3 months due to the port issues.. let me discout that .. the two ladies instead of being considerate of the delays would always pompously refer me back to the port site for updates . Forgiven and forgotten…
Next shipment is due to arrive in India and I get details of the shipment and contact numbers to reach out to .. the blokes whose numbers I was provided have no clue on the shipment and tell me that possibly there is one being shippped but that is to a different city and state !!
I cal up 6 times to follow up on the order and still same issue .. now my shipment has reached the port of entry but I am left with no recourse on what is going to happen next .
I have dropped an email to their accounts Team and the people I was dealing with .. not sure what kind of rebuttal they will come up with next … I will updat this review as and how things move .. till then please stay away from this company
