Google Bad Review: I’m really exhausted from trying to make sense of this GP surgery rules and how to get help. I’m autistic and this practice is not at all inclusive in the way that they speak to clients (very unclear guidance and often rude receptionists). The appointment booking process is diabolical – whether using PATCHS or phoning directly. This surgery has caused me a lot of tears and unnecessary stress, and I am having to go private in order to have a consistent and respectful service. I also want to warn other clients that their phone line has a poor connection, and on two different occasions they have not been able to hear me speaking and have hung up. They do not call back, so this is potentially quite dangerous if a problem is serious and needs face-to-face assessment. Please do not register here if you are vulnerable and require attentive and consistent care. – Lucy
