Google Bad Review:  Booked and paid for an antigen test but due to change in plans had to cancel the test. I did this at least 3 days before. When I cancelled it online, I got no further information about the payment, so I emailed them myself. Their responses are incredibly slow, and with every response another person answered. First, they ask what my reason for cancellation is, then they say I could either get a coupon, or an admin fee will be charged, resulting in not getting a full refund. This was also being said without stating how much the actual admin fee is, seeming like it is some sort of threat that the fee would be charged if I do not choose a a coupon.

This would have been fine with me IF stated on their website, however, on their website it says there are no charges if cancelled a minimum 24 hours before, which I did. I mentioned that, got no reply for days, and suddenly I got my refund with an admin fee still charged. Only afterwards they say “as a gesture of goodwill, we only charge a small amount as an admin fee”. Excuse me? I had not even approved a refund WITH and admin fee.

They seem to make up their own terms and conditions, they do not reply on time, and there is no transparency to the customers.

The least you can do is be transparent on your website instead of only afterwards coming with so-called charges and fees, while on your website it says there won't be charges. Don't book any tests here if do not want to get scammed.
