Google Bad Review 1:  Had a day case admission for so called Nerve Root Injection(7th ! )
The staff and process of my prior one in Jan were faultless, punctual and all went smoothly.

Got a call day before saying they need to change my morning slot, alarm bell's rang loudly with me.

Obliged, arrived at my noon slot the reception staff gave me the wrong directions to the ward!

Already pain levels were up , after booking in asked if could take my painkillers. Nurse looks at me bemused mumbling a yes then says no ,I will ask a doctor.

Fine wait 45mins she never returns , went into changing area , pain is very high.
All details taken , vital checks taken , and finally a doctor appears to get my consent.
I'm in agony and felt abandoned , I again ask about taking painkillers get same answer.

Overall waiting time for me was nearly 5 HOURS for a minor Spine injection.

The only little help was from a Asian Male Nurse who sorted out a reclining chair and nice warm blanket.

Tried resting on my painless side know in SEVERE AGONY nurse trying to crack jokes with me and gloating.

Other Nurse's rushing around cluless , rude with a elderly patient , forgetful , open to sexual innuendos !

Surgeon's had to get some nurse to clear beds efficiently.

I must end here as can't type any further, my experience caused me undue stress , I'm not a angry person

Had to be wheel chaired into Surgery Room as LAST ON THE LIST.
Some Nurses who were lazy showing clear satirical jubilation of basically sitting around.

I couldn't speak was very thirsty, suffocating in my Covid Mask told them no more repeat questions.

Just do the op, was heavily sedated came round ,was taken to my room for overnight stay.

Had 30 mins rest and told them will be SELF DISCHARGING.

Was told to make a complaint ignored them as they did to me , disgraceful.

Google Bad Review (2):  nice and modern hospital but unfortunately not very good staff I went to hospital for my blood test and just look at the pic even after few days to see what she done to me 4 times she injected but still she didn’t know how to find the vein , this is unacceptable
