Google Bad Review 1:  Jack is very polite and professional but unfortunately was not able to find nor fix my bathroom leak. Luckily, I found another plumber who was able to locate the problem in a short amount of time and I am working with them to fix the leak. I would like to have to carried on using Barnet Plumbers as they are local but this will not be the case.

Google Bad Review (2):  Jack and Ash came in as an emergency call out for a broken pump connected to the water heating in my flat. They were super prompt in sorting the leak and putting off the main water supply at 2 am! Thanks for that.
Following which I contacted them in next few days to install a new water heating system which Jack did over next 3 days. Thanks again!
Therafter, is where the problem has been. The off peak switch/connection of the water heater is not functioning. And I have tried contacting Jack and Ash multiple times over last 4 months with no definitive solution. All I get told is they will come and assess the problem in the next 1-2 days and a time is given to me, but no one arrives as promised. I am frustrated trying to get in touch with them and also appalled by their lack of post service care and follow up.
Very disappointed!
