Google Bad Review 1:  The fact the shop is close to Fulham, an affluent area is no representation of the level of work here which is 100% shoddy. I see lots of other good reviews but they do not sound like the company that did the work for me. I have had to redo a lot of the work at huge expense. For a job that cost 10k to start I already have spent 1.5k fixing certain issues and I’m still not finished. It is very depressing to be totally honest. Good luck with if you do go with this company, hope you have a better outcome than me

Google Bad Review (2):  Our experience with this company is terrible, don't use this company no matter, what you do especially if you are a woman. My partner and i waste our time by visiting the shop in Fulham a middle age bold man serve us, during our visit this man ignore me most of the time he spoke only to my partner as if i wasn't there completely rude and sexist. Perhaps he still think it's the 1950. Bad customer service, he promise us he would sent us the samples that didn't happen, after ringing several time to find out where the sample was. Eventually this same person ring me and said he would be in the Lavender hill he would drop it off at my boutique on the Friday he still have not drop off the samples, what a waste of time this have been for us. Really bad service. If we have known how bad the customer service is we would have not bothered to visit the shop. There is lots of flooring shops out there don't use this on. Bad service, old fashion sexist sales staff. Don't use this business no matter what you do.
