Google Bad Review 1: Even though I'm happy with my wooden floor (Natural Enginnered oak – 18/4mm)
Samples were slow to arrive but delivery was prompt.
Sadly been left very disappointed by customer service though. At first, my credit card was double charged – which took a few phone calls to resolve. Then, learnt that deliveries are kerb drop only – even though only my wife was home, nobody was willing to help move the heavy packages. Since we have 2 kids indoors, she had to try and rush and the driver shoved paperwork under her nose to sign then drove off.One of the packages was badly damaged and luxury floorings response (Ben) was Simply that they don't do anything if package is not signed as damaged and he'd only help by sending anything if we run short due to this package (in other words, don't expect to send us the damaged package back for a refund)
I suggest that if you order you sign DAMAGED at delivery, irrespective of what the packages look like, to cover yourself. If you do this, my guess is you'll still be happy.
