Google Bad Review 1:  This company operates as Flooring Supplies Centre and Trades Centre at the following address 158 Coles Green Rd, London NW2 7HW. Beware of purchasing from this company (cowboys). I bought an oak ramp which, according to my professional carper installer, should have been fit for purpose but was not. A piece had snapped off as it had a knot in it and a small piece had been filled to cover previous damage. I noticed this after a day after installation and the piece snapped off 3 days after delivery (2 days after installation). Their excuses ranged from poor installation to not meant for wood to carpet to you have to return the item in one piece. Now the piece came in a standard length of 2.4m, so I was obviously going to cut and make it fit from room to room. They have refused to provide a refund for a damaged product due to the fact it is not in one piece. Their customer service can be described as delusional at best and I honestly request you do not buy from this company as they behave like third world traders. Needless to say I will not be buying any products again from this company and have foretold my business friends and family members to steer clear. I urge you to do the same. I also provided a 1 star as the review will not allow me to post as a 0 star.

Google Bad Review (2):  3 orders over 3 months all to wrong address due to website fault. Wrong grit arrived despite correct invoice on one occasion, but staff wouldn't post out correct grit without photographic proof. No issue but wasnt with item at time and needed it dispatching in time for a job. Contacted via email to get address on website amended and assurance item be dispatched to correct address and will arrive in time for a job. Was assured corrected after providing proof I had already contacted about the issue. I was not surprise to find items did not arrive in time for the job, and I had to send staff to a delivery depot in another county with identification as address was still incorrect.

We have given up and will stick with Khrcompany and our other suppliers who are yet to let us down
