Google Bad Review 1: Apo is the worst apartment that I have rented in London so far. Their management doesnt know to resolve any kind of issues raised by their customers especially regarding problems related to Utility bills. community utilities are robbing us every month by issuing bills of £400-£700 pm for studio flat. The only help we got from Apo is by emailing community utilities which as a customer we ourselves can do. Also they cheat us by adding a clause in the letting aggreement that until we leave Apo we are stuck with community utilities meaning to say what absurd bill they issue we have to pay regardless howmuch our consumption is.
If you are looking for an apartment in barking I strongly advise you to avoid APO
