Google Bad Review 1:  The company is small and they cannot handle all requested work. The company failed to produce an accurate SA and accounts. Had to be prompted for each change making my tax calculation incorrect as they had simply copied my own Freeagent figures having prompted for them not to do so, and scrutinise some of my own costs. Instead of recognising their mistakes, they tried to pass on the blame back to me and said I was on the wrong monthly package which they sold me themselves. Definitely not trustworthy. And seem to give the wrong tax advice that even clashes against official HMRC guidelines and regulations.

My designated accountant changed twice, and also meant I had to repeat everything and no handover was made from one to the other.

They left me in a complete pickle having charged me thousands of pounds in unrecoverable monthly instalments with hardly any work done, left me with huge stress and economical hardship.

This company was unable to cope in an unorganised chaotic disaster, which anyone should avoid at all costs – you have been warned.

Google Bad Review (2):  Incapable of providing quality of Services to there clients. Slow delayed processing of self assessments. Slow responses in reply to clients emails.

No notification of Accountant with of one in place leaving, until I picked up phone and question lack of response from my quires by email. Payroll submitted incorrectly but assured this was the correct way of formatting it for the first financial Tax Year makes me wonder why that and are appointed Accountant is no longer working at Fusion Chartered Accountants.

Ill advice provided to Clients which would be subject to them handling more work in the end and getting more money out of the Client.

Documentation sent with incorrect information to myself of a number of occasions which had other Company's details on which I believe voids the Data protection Act.

Unfortunate of Too many phone calls and emails sent by Myself to get problems rectified and to find out how things were progressing with false promising on Deadlines.

It felt like each month I was Being surcharged £120 as a Client you were receiving very little next to nothing back in return for Services provided.

My nominated accounts Manager was clicking a PAYE button each month at there nominated request insignificant to totals being uploaded on free agent from our Company bank and expenditure added.

With no looking into Our account with profit in loss until we formally requested and error by Email and Phone on more than 4 Occasions.

Which assured by them we felt like our accounts were not being supervised or or-dated correctly in connection with PAYE.
But assured they were.

I now Know from seeking professional advice this is not subject to correct or-dated Bookkeeping that we was product to believe to be receiving from agreeing for Fusion Chartered Accountants to manage our Company Start up accounts.

Which left even when questioned Company accounts and PAYE in a complete or-dated mess at there expense prior to requesting to close down Our Limited Company.

In the end I lost my Patience and got fed up with there apologies and mishandled Quality of Services in with using there Services and felt like I had been more than reasonable and given them enough chances For them to rectifier there mistakes and filed for a refund.

I am now having to close down my Company myself, after a 4 months wait for them to get accounts or-dated correctly due to the way they process accounts Just under £3,000 spend in mishandled Quality of services over 2 years of loyal Custom.

I would not recommend Fusion Chartered Accountants with the Services I have been provided with over two years to Manage a Small Domestic Cleaning Company accounts with two employee's, let alone more substantial sized company's with many more employees.

I happy to see the end of there Company accounts management and will look to find a solution in true professional or-dating my accounts as a Sole trader On-going.
