Google Bad Review 1:  I should have checked the reviews about this place before registering – my first experience seemed to be the same disappointing experience as everybody else's. The briefest of telephone consultations with a doctor who sounded like he couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Didn't seem to be interested in listening to what I had to say. The call lasted less than 120 seconds. Rang back to request another consultation with a different doctor and nothing available for another 12 days.

I came to appoinment and told her I need to discuss few things with you, she told me that I need to book long appointment, I asked are you really saying that I have to choose which health problem is more important? With no shame at all she told me yes. So now I waited my appoinment for 2 weeks and I have to choose which of my problem is more important?! Funny thing is that one was my health issue other was just a prescription for a medicine I always use. Forgot to mention that she dont even listen what I tried to tell her 3 times. That sort of people shouldnt be working in NHS!

The receptionist just kept repeating that i need to call at 8am. I tried to explain that at 8am i am travelling to work on the tube .. without signal. She just kept repeating herself. Just had an extremely bad experience and it's not the first. They left my baby's urine sample in the samples bin covered by rubbish as the receptionist herself said for 6 days can you imagine.
How ridicolous is that! At doctor's surgery everything should be spotless, desinfected and organised not pacients specimen samples mixed with rubbish left there for days.
Instead getting health care you get unprofessional care
Just useless and dreadful!
They deserve a big fat 0 STAR!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  This surgery needs to change their nurses. The nurse Stella doesn't know the health &safety rules. She does not know what is hygiene & what not.before vaccine she teared some white tape & stick on the table ,then those tape she again stick on her hand.After that she gave injection to my baby & used those tape on my baby's skin.l was shocked what she did in this corona virus time. A GP nurse doesn't know the hygiene and unhygienic difference.what a shame. She also doesn't know how to speak with a baby before giving her an injection. Their behaviour make people scared.They should start a nursing course again.

Google Bad Review (2):  (Translated by Google) I do not recommend this place at all. The service is not nice and the doctor's behavior is reprehensible. This lady loves money and not your work. I paid a visit on Saturday at £ 80.00 where they called me an hour but the doctor will not show up and I can postpone the visit to Sundays but I have not mentioned that the price will change. On Sunday, about 2 hours before the visit, I was told that the visit would cost £ 100.00 where I called and said it was not an order because I did not just visit the doctor. Then how I noticed that this is not an option and that I said that I will use your services because I mean the child's health, but for sure more on the phone my pediatrician called the doctor that I will not treat her staff in this way because this is a private clinic and where I also do not use their services for free and left my child without a visit. She told me that I should use emergency. She left a sick child without help … it is not called a pediatrician but only a pseudo doctor who only looks at the pocket not on your small patients I do not recommend this place or this doctor at all. Conductive behavior!

To miejsce wogole nie polecam. Obsługa jest nie miła oraz lekarki zachowanie jest karygodne. Ta pani kocha pieniadze a nie swoją prace.Umówiłam wizytę w sobotę w cenie £80.00 gdzie zadzwonili mi po godzinę ze jednak pani doktor sie nie pojawi i ze moge przełożyć wizytę na niedziele ale juz nie wspomnieli ze cena ulegnie zmienia. W niedziele około 2 h przed wizyta napisano mi ze wizyta bedzie kosztować £100.00 gdzie ja zadzwoniłam i powiedziałam ze to nie jest wporzadku bo nie ja przełożyłam wizytę tylko lekarz. Po czym jak zwróciłam uwagę ze to nie jest wporzadku i ze powiedziałam ze skorzystam z państwa usług bo chodzi mi o zdrowie dziecka ale napewno nogdy więcej to po moim telefonie zadzwoniła sam pediatra lekarz ze nie bede traktować jej personelu w taki sposób bo to jest prywatne klinika a gdzie ja tez za darmo tez nie korzystam z ich usług i zostawiła moje dziecko bez wizyty.Powiedziala ze mam sobie z emergency skorzystać.Zostawila chore dziecko bez pomocy… to sie nie nazywa lekarz pediatra tylko pseudo lekarz który tylko patrzy na kieszeń a nie na swoich małych pacjentow Nie polecam wogole tego miejsca ani tego lekarza. Karygodne zachowanie !

Google Bad Review 1:  I done a pcr test for covid done with them and was promised results within 48 hours but to no avail.
The company charges a lot of money and fits you in easily for a test but lies on the turnaround. There should be no excuse as it serious matters and should charge according to the length of time they will provide results. I had my anxiety level shot up due to them keep delaying the turnaround.

Google Bad Review (2):  Just…don't. If youre able to hear the receptionist. Then she has at least not a clue about anti-retroviral medication. (Basic course of medical knowledge could not harm at all). The price for only consultation is £120 (wich is weird because i see another review saying £60) also another review of someone explaining his/her situation about pain medication. Of what the owner replied to with one simple sentince “we dont prescribe addictive drugs” that allready told me that i would not have gotten my nasal spray against my epileptic seizures since that's a benzodiazapam. Be smart go to NHS (they advise me to call 111) this is not an option for an avarage working class person.
