Google Bad Review 1:  Was charged £400 to repair air conditioning unit. It is now not noticeably colder than it was previously but has caused my voice to feel hoarse for several weeks after.

Unjustified labour charges.
Charged £246 for just replacing spark plugs in my car. No remorse or guilt for ripping off customers money as customers are their mercy in case of emergency. My car was jerking and easy diagnosis was fuse at fault but still forced to do the full diagnostic -£75. Other garages standard charges are £45. On top of that said £75 labour for replacing spark plugs which is unbelievable.
