Google Bad Review:  I WAS CHARGED MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

I was booked for 7 nights at the hotel checked from December 5, 2021 to December 12, 2021.

I checked in on December 5, 2021 at around 6:00 AM. The receptionist has let me know that I will be charged a 40 GBP per day security deposit for the first 5 days so I agreed to pay 200 GBP. When I gave my card for payment, my card was charged twice. The first one was for the agreed upon 200 GBP payment and another was for a payment WITHOUT MY CONSENT of around 130 GBP payment which was later explained to be a ‘system glitch' that was promised to be returned along with any unused security deposit at the end of my stay.

When I eventually checked out at December 12, 2021 at around 5:00 AM, I was given receipt for all the charges I've incurred during my stay, mostly for food plus service charges. I found it unusual that there was no staff who checked my room to verify that I left it in good condition so that I do not need to incur any additional charges. The receptionist gave me a go signal, told me that I do not need to pay for anything else, and wished me a safe flight.

On December 16, my card was yet again CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT for around 160 GBP and I received an approximate amount of 134 GBP for the unused security deposit.

They don't have an e-mail address where I can contact them to ask for an explanation, but even if I am given an explanation at this point, there has already been two instances of CHARGING WITHOUT CONSENT.
