Google Bad Review:  Unbelievably awful.
I am a buyer and am fed up with the lies and misinformation the agents from this branch are spinning me.
Before the referendum they were desperately trying to push me into making an offer for an overpriced property on their books. `After the referendum the property market is going to go up because foreign buyers will pile into the market’, the negotiator insisted. Well, it’s now August and the property they were trying to sell me is still languishing, unsold, along with many other properties.
When I asked why this property was priced more than the same sized modernised house next door the agent replied sniffily, `oh, I don’t know anything about that house’.
Woefully uninformed and patronizing to boot. Meanwhile they keep ringing me, trying to press me into viewing houses that do not remotely fit my spec. If a property does sound interesting I say, please can you email/send me the details, but they don’t.
I did buy my current property from them a few years ago and the agents were polite and efficient. But those agents have since been replaced by shifty, poorly informed agents who know very little about their market or the properties they are trying to sell.
