Google Bad Review:  There were miscommunications with the salesman when we first moved in the property about the furniture. They will NEVER solve your inquiries once you signed the contract! So make sure to put down every single inquiry you have on the ‘proposal letter’ – even if they never tell you! However the Roof leak was attempted to be fixed 3 times+ and still remaining problems (we had 3 big leaks on top of my bedroom and it stinks!). Very long communication waiting time is required if you want to have their response, even for extended contract or urgent housing problem. The house was left with 79 days in total of NO access to bath facility (and we only had one bathroom. They want to charged us for fixing this given they was the one who wants to open the whole bathroom, fixed it because someone downstairs appeared to have repeatedly leak problem!!! Ridiculous!). No compensation, no professionalism until I mentioned us required compensation, they gave us a gympass nearby to shower for 7 days out of 79 days in total. Avoid them or you just had to deal with headache, unsafe shelter and never reassure your problems will be heard and solved!!!
