Duties include but are not exclusive to: Responsibilities Answering the phones and taking messages General upkeep of the office Ordering of stationary supplies Dealing with post and franking machine Email management Regular update of spreadsheets Scanning and filing documents Letter typing when required Meeting room bookings and diary maintenance Database management Proposal generation through Practice Ignition system Responsible for ensuring proposals are signed within a specified timeframe Generating reports Assisting with the organisation of team and client events Welcoming and signing in/out clients Working with a variety of clients and supporting the Client Account Managers as and where needed All other adhoc administration tasks Required skills, experience and attributes required: Demonstrable experience of strong administration skills Strong communication skills Knowledge of Teams/Zoom is preferable Strong IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, professional and a team player Ability to adapt to new systems quickly Positive and proactive attitude Preferred Experience but not essential: Accountancy or Solicitor practice experience Experience of social media to keep practice updated with latest blogs, news etc. Experience of using Practice Ignition and CCH Customer service background See more
