Google Bad Review:  Absolutely awful company, I’m surprised they’re still in business. On day of delivery, the car arrived 2 hours late. The customer service over the phone on the day was inaccurate and terrible, the driver offered no apologies saying “we’ve had loads of deliveries”. The few times I’ve needed to speak to Thrifty again, I was met by a rude and disinterested customer service agent. I would avoid at all costs.
