Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Young Now

Google Bad Review 1:  Very bad experience. Following a discontinued enquiry the firm breached my data rights and refused to delete my information. I don't owe them anything and I have never been their client but they blatantly disregarded the GDPR legislation and literally hijacked an entire pile of my sensitive documents. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Now the matter is with ICO. I would never trust Russell-Cooke again with a single paper. Better stay away.

Google Reviewer Name (Good Review):  Ian Tiffin

Google Good Review:  My experience with Russell-Cooke Solicitors has been a very positive one. The service from my solicitor Richard Shaw has been outstanding and he is hard working, proactive, informative, and extremely competent. His colleague Brooke Clark provides excellent support and as a team they have exceeded my expectations and offer very good value. Thank you for restoring my faith in solicitors and all your hard work.
