Google Bad Review:  One star is too much for Dr. Banerji!

I visited Dr. Banerji office yesterday…..during the Easter holiday, my implant fell out and I wanted it put in place until I arranged an appointment with my dentist out of the country.

Firstly, Dr. Banerji looked at the implant and the gap and then insisted he needed to take an x-ray and photo. (I hate x-rays so I immediately questioned why an x-ray?) He assured me this needed to be done. After that, he proceeded to tell me he would use a “light” adhesive to put in my implant. He further stated he could not guarantee this would last!!! Alternatively, he could cover my implants with wax…Why didn't he say that before the x-ray and photos? He then went on a very long “narrative” about my implants and he wasn't sure what type of implants I had. That I needed to consult with my dentist but he would email me the x-ray and photos for them; explaining to my dentist why he used a “light” adhesive to put my implant in place…..Yada, Yada, Yada.

He stated that he would put a “light” adhesive but I needed to go back to my dentist and find out what type of implant I had. After injecting my gums and numbing the area, he glued in my implant. I paid my £150.

Left the office but by the time I arrived home the implant was in my purse…not even two hours!!! When I called he said I could come back and he would put “wax” over it!!! When you pay for implants, you don't expect for another dentist to say “wax” it !! After my call of complaint, he then only emailed the x-ray stating “x-ray as requested.” No explanation, no photo of the gap…..as if he originally said he would do just an x-ray.

Poor professional service!!! don't waste your time nor money on Dr. Banerji!
