Google Bad Review 1:  I decided not to proceed with treatment at IVF London for a number of reasons:

1. Awful communication – my queries were not dealt with in a timely or professional way. I found staff at the clinic rude and abrupt and after raising a complaint I was told my questions were premature and would be answered at a later date meaning I would as left unclear about process and price.

2. Misleading pricing – after a consultation costing £250 I was shocked to receive a quote that was approx £2000 higher than I anticipated. It was also significantly higher than my previous and subsequent fertility treatment. IVF london are not upfront with essential “optional” extras.

I have since had an excellent consultation with another clinic which included a nurse consultation, doctor consultation, blood tests and semen analysis for less than I paid ivf london for a 20min consultation with a doctor that left me with lots of questions!

Google Bad Review (2):  This clinic refuses to provide prospective patients with the costs associated with egg donor IVF unless they pay for a £200 consultation. They advise it is upwards of £13k but further key information such as what this figure includes, where the donor eggs come from and how this can affect the cost, plus the price of other mandatory itemised tests and procedures are not shared without a paid-for consultation. I understand each patient is different so the cost of treatment will vary but it is strange, not to mention unreasonable and extractive to ask prospective patients to pay £200 to find out how much their services cost, especially given how expensive and personal such treatment is. I know of no other clinic who refuse this information to prospective patients.

Google Bad Review 1:  I worked at the Elstree office as a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant for near enough six years. Whilst the general working environment was ok, the management was extremely poor, disorganised and amateurish. In order to cut costs within the warehouse they went from two to one person only. This placed far too much responsibility on the one person remaining to do all the work. The burden was far too great in order to make it a fulfilling role. Help was never forthcoming from office staff unless it suited their needs. Always trying to save the pennies. They say Fujitsu has great team members and that everyone works in a team. Sure the office staff sat on their a**es all day upstairs whilst the one warehouse person drowned in work downstairs, I don't call that teamwork. Totally unfair. For the salary they pay it's simply not worth it. The only regret I have is I didn't come out of my comfort zone earlier. A dead end company to work for. Salaries are barely raised inline with inflation each year. Going by their huge profit margins on spare parts and units, this is a kind of human exploitation. Good riddance I say.
