Google Bad Review:  Tried for a week and a half to contact to hook a viewing. Got through to reception or head office every time who took my details EVERY TIME and promised someone from the local agent would call me back. They never did.
Asked to speak to a manager and was put through to someone that called himself Alex, lied through his teeth, clearly wasn't a manager and told me he'd get someone to call me back right away. Never happened.

3 weeks later & nobody had bothered contacting me. I viewed the property through another agent & had my offer accepted.

Utterly useless company, complete sham.
