Google Bad Review 1:  The best place with nice caring workers but as I got an emergency appointment cancellation they deduct half of my payment which is not right I told them 2 times on phone that my little kid wasn’t well I took him in an emergency where I completely forget to inform them the Manager didn’t understand my problem and still charged me more money to pay which is very disappointing so it means if you get any emergency anything they don’t take it seriously and gonna still charge for for telling them late totally disappointing
No nobody told me about cancellation policy not even once that’s why it was shocking for me I been to so many highly professional places they told you clearly but you guys didn’t it’s not my fault.

Google Bad Review (2):  The place and people are lovely. However, they tried to charge me £10 extra, arguing the area was my jaw, even though the area is actually on my chin! I sent them pictures and they still refused. I am happy for them to share the picture if they don’t agree with my bad review, as I think the picture will show that it is definitely NOT my full jaw that is being done. Actually a small area on my chin. Be careful of their pricing. Also be aware they offer £5 for reviews on google, which may reflect why there’s soooo many good reviews!!! Awkward.
