Google Bad Review:  Ionut (the man who runs the show) is an experienced plumber, very professional and friendly. Having dealt with him in the past, we called him for yearly service over the last 2 years.

On one occasion we had a very positive experience with ALI SHOABI who carried out the annual service efficiently and scrupulously (checked fumes, boiler leaks, meter connections, topped up circuit etc.), a very positive experience.

Given the good experience, we decided to call them up again this year for yearly servicing.

Unfortunately we were sent a different engineer this time (C.B. his initials) and we did not have a good experience. Arrived late to start with, attitude was almost “annoyed” and what is more important to us, we felt the work was done w/out any effort and w/out giving it the required consideration. Literally just checked the fumes and signed paperwork (5 minutes overall for £70), “take the money and run” basically.

Will not be using them again as there needs to be consistency and this is especially true if you want to keep your clients. Company owners really should pick their collaborators carefully.
