Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Henry Mason

Google Bad Review 1:  I can second Afsaneh and Gabriel’s experience.

An engineer came out initially, and removed a hairclip from our washing machine and said that it was fixed. When the same error message occurred the next day, I called up to request another appointment. The engineer never showed, ‘because his van was broken’. We rescheduled for Saturday morning. He didn’t show again, ignoring multiple texts to confirm. We rescheduled for Saturday evening. Again, he didn’t show, with only an aggressive response.

So we’re £80 down and still a broken washing machine. DO NOT USE!

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Pete Hellyer

Google Bad Review (2):  I booked an appointment for an emergency leak but the plumber did not show up. No one called me to cancel and when I called there was no answer. Reckless, unprofessional and unreliable.
