Google Bad Review 1:  I approached Rahila to assist with my ILR application in October 2016, due to apply in March 2017. She provided a checklist and answered a few questions I had. She filled in the application form for me but made a number of errors that I had to request to be fixed. 2 days out from my appointment I checked my forms and some errors were still not fixed so I decided to do this myself as it was becoming too much of a hassle going back and forward. I downloaded a blank form and realised that GSN had given me an outdated form, this was appalling to think that I could have been sent to my ILR appointment with an invalid document. Rahila fixed the form but made another error that I had to correct. I have complained to her and received a partial refund but I wouldn't recommend using GSN, it was far too much hassle and stress and I ended up doing so much of it myself.

Google Bad Review (2):  I went to them for some advice on my uncles application and they mislead me from day one. They quoted the wrong price over the phone and when I got to there office started another price. However given the rush I was in I just paid it, thinking that they would be able to help. The feedback I was given was not different to what I already told them. They did not check over the documents properly missing key details vital to the application. They both were especially very rude and offensive.
I was offered a tenancy agreement for a “fee” which is illegal. My whole dealing with this company has been unprofessional. They have scammed me out of £375 for doing absolutely nothing
