Google Bad Review:  The instructor I had (Damien) was excellent during lessons. However, 9 days before my test date (today) he cancelled on me which put me under a lot of stress as I needed to find another instructor and fit in more practise lessons. Before today, I had called and left voicemails with no reply. I am very saddened by this experience because I was hoping to keep the same instructor throughout which now is not possible. This score is not based on his lessons but rather on letting me down at such short notice.
