Google Bad Review 1:  Feel massively let down. So called consultants, top surgeons at this place, turns out, couldn't offer the help I needed, after agreeing to help me.
Day ago, all ready to go, I was bloody ecstatic! Today, that's all up in smoke now… So disappointed.

As for your reply….. I was assured I would be able to get help, regardless of my ultrasound info… You refer to yourselves as specialised top surgeons, all top consultants with years of experience working for your clinic, along with hospitals they work at, etc.
Basically meaning you can't be all that specialised. To just palm me off somewhere else.
I do not see that as ‘patient care'. More like patient, DONT CARE. Be someone else's problem, girly… Bye! – Agree with me or not.

Google Bad Review (2):  The surgeon was very good and made a great job with my lipoma. However, what I did not like is the fact they were not dressing any mask. Considering the fact the clinic has no windows in the room and we were in four in the room, I was really disappointed.
I do hope I have no consequences for this, I was dressing a mask, trying to share the good behaviour…
Hope they understand my disappointment.
Regardless Covid, mask must be something for the hygiene. If I go to the dentist for example, they do have a mask. It’s the basic which helps in understanding people cares about people, not only about their money.
