Google Bad Review 1: A week after my consultation I am left still waiting to be contacted by the practicioner that did the consultation. My biggest pet peeve – bad customer service.

Google Bad Review (2): My experience at the facial bar was pretty average. I chose the place for a facial after seeing fantastic reviews online. The consultation before the facial felt more of a sales pitch to sell products as opposed to try and understand how my skin is and what facial will suit me best. I made it clear in the consultation that I wanted to get rid of the white heads and dead skin around my nose that had built up and was peeling off. Despite that when the face mask was being applied after 10mins of cleaning my face, I asked if they were going to remove blackheads and whiteheads from my nose. Response was needs to be done before face mask and costs additional £10. Furthermore, no steam will be used. I was quite disappointed as the sole purpose of the facial for me was to clear my pores of the white and blackheads. After the facial I could still see my pores as is. Went home and used my blackhead remover. So it was a total waste of money for me.
If you are looking for a deep cleanse of pores with extraction then I wouldn't recommend. If you want really good products to be used on your skin for 15mins with a relaxing hand massage, go for it.
