Google Bad Review 1:  Putting “less” in “useless”. Grotesquely annoying and incompetent. The secretary refused to answer any questions (fees or otherwise) and put me through to the notary who told me that in order to notarise copies of my uni degrees I need to get in touch with the uni first – I mean, if I could / wanted to do that, I might as well ask the uni for a hardcopy copy, there'd be no point in notarising a copy of an original. Avoid at all cost.

Google Bad Review (2):  You should fire the secretary who receives the calls. After asking a perfectly legitimate question about what the notarisation fees would be was arrogantly told to send an email and stop ‘going on about the fees’. I’ve dealt with it over 15 different public notaries across London and never received such pathetically lacking customer service. Take your custom elsewhere.
