Google Bad Review:  PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT EVEN DESERVING OF ONE STAR.

I requested a refund from this company nearly 3 weeks ago because:
a) the experience was a comedy of errors
b) the number provided to call upon arrival – no one picked up, despite calling several times
c) the clinician asked irrelevant questions, and I know these questions were silly because I have been to several acupuncturists.
d) after about 10 mins of pointless questions, we got to the acupuncture treatment, which was less than 10 mins tops. Odd, given the service purchased was for an hour.
e) upon informing the ‘clinician' that I'd bought an hour treatment, the ‘clinician' denied this and that I could book another 30 min treatment, which I took to initially mean to book the second half of this treatment as part of the voucher.

But then came the sales pitch. I was asked if I wanted to book a follow-up treatment there and then. Given how bad the experience was, I said I would think about it. To which the clinician became stand-offish and asked why wouldn't want to book now.

This pushy manner was unnecessary and very uncomfortable.

I was seen at 11:11 and I was done by 11:31.

Not even 30 mins.

I want a 50% refund.
