Google Bad Review: I had a problem before lockdown with the charging port in my Macbook Pro and Apple booked me a place in Mr Shoreditch. The first quote by the counter was around £150. When I called again they said it'd be £650!!! I was told the whole logic board had to be changed. I couldn't believe it. Ended up paying them £80 for that awful review and took my laptop to another place up Hackney Rd where they fixed everything for £200. Don't go to Mr Shoreditch. It's a rip off. There's other places with better service up the road for a fraction of what they charge.

Yes I went back a week later -I was away for work- I had looked at your quotation -not sure why you say I didn't- and yes your £650 quote was after a full diagnosis but I don't think neither one nor the other are here or there in the case. The issue here is how much you overprice people.
Please refrain yourself calling the other technician/s from another shop “unqualified”, it's not very professional of you mate. I actually know them personally, they had been working as Apple technicians for years and are actually very qualified, the only difference is that they don't overpriced people like you do.
Was really making a costumer pay £650 the best thing you could do? Or was it the fastest and most profitable for your shop? To anyone reading this with an Apple device out of warranty I'll seriously advice you to not use this shop.
