Google Bad Review 1: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. UNPROFESSIONAL and completely INCOMPETENT. 1 Star is being too kind!
I arranged 5 hours of cleaning for an empty small 2 bed house (2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms) a day before we were to move in. it was in decent condition but needed a basic thorough clean. I was not there to supervise. My mother came after 5 hours to pay them and lock up. The next day when returning to the house i was HORRIFIED. He had only cleaned a small kitchen and bathroom to mediocre standard. Literally NOTHING in the other rooms. I sent MANY photos to Shaun (in some sort of ‘management' position) who apologised and said he would arrange to send someone over in the evening that week. He did nothing of the sort, he then stopped answering my calls and replied to emails saying he was too busy to arrange anyone.
Save yourself money and headache!
