Google Bad Review 1:  My now fiancé bought a beautiful ring from platform, & Karen who served him was very helpful & friendly. However we found faults with the ring on Christmas Day; the day he proposed, which was extremely upsetting. We were asked to post the ring to platform as we weren’t local but we were not comfortable posting & wanted to be there when the faults were looked at. After handing the ring back in person, being told the faults would be corrected, the ring was sent back to me after a few days. The faults were sorted, but in horror I couldn’t believe my eyes to see scuffs all over the band. A local jewellers checked these and confirmed the ring was simply unfinished, and the polishing had basically been rushed. We had to send the ring back again for it to be corrected. The jewellers refunded the £10 postage cost. The ring is now finally sorted and back on my finger, but unfortunately we will never forget this upsetting time. The owner wasn’t very empathetic, and the extreme upset that was caused for what was supposed to be a happy occasion will not be compensated, however we feel it could have been approached in a more sympathetic angle from the jewellers.

Google Bad Review 1:  Popped into the store after reading the reviews online. Was asked to come back an hour later and the lady at the front desk booked an appointment for me.

Came back an hour later and was asked to wait and someone would be with us in 5 minutes. No sign of anyone coming to serve us. Waited patiently and 10 minutes later no one. The lady at the front desk called for a member of staff to help and she said 5 minutes.

By twenty passed our appointment time no one came. There was another two couples waiting to be served too. So we left, by then the lady at the front desk was then keen to get someone to serve us. Why don't you stick to the times you tell potential customers to come and stick to what you say! Better not order our rings from your company before you give us more false information.
