Google Bad Review (2):  “Webstore team” (that's how someone from monologulondon.com introduced themselves in the e-mail correspondence) tried to extort me for a shipping fee of £135 (UK mainland) or £55 (London area) for sending one EX-DISPLAY dining chair (which brings too close for comfort to the cost of a brand new posted item). Shipping costs already been paid when placing the order.
Shameless, isn’t it? I felt like I had to pay the ransom for receiving an order… I have never experienced such behaviour from any furniture retailer before. If you are a seller you take responsibility for your checkout process. Will not use again and do not recommend.
