Google Bad Review 1: Thank you for getting us a table this evening. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication in our order which I mentioned at the time when the food arrived. I was hungry enough to not care then but this particular member of staff took great offence in the fact I mentioned this and raised her voice which was loud enough to be noticed by surrounding table. I found this completely unnecessary and unfortunately ruined our experience. I sincerely hope that this is not a common reoccurring in this place. Regards.

Google Bad Review (2): Came in today with a group of friends for lunch around 2pm. We were sat down inside and menus were given to each of us. After around 30min our pizza orders were taken, which was a rather long wait. Drinks came quickly but we kept waiting for the food forever. Around 3.15pm waitress came around to tell us that their pizza oven broke down so they cannot make ours. She suggested bringing menus again or the bill so we can go somewhere else. We went for the bill, but was was really surprising PIZZAS KEPT BEING SERVED when we waited for the bill. We then asked for a manager, who said “oh it's now working but we cannot promise we can make your food so it's not really working. We don't know if it will break down again now”. Absolutely atrocious service, they even wanted us to pay for the drinks AND service charge. I totally get that oven breakdowns happen but surely other people should be told about it too? This is not the first time I get really bad service there, and sadly it's only started happening after management changed. Food is great so if you can order takeaway or through Deliveroo. Otherwise AVOID.
